Is Jon Gosselin Getting

UnCategorized For all you men out there who aren’t entirely pleased with your silhouette and have wondered in maybe plastic surgery could be the answer, you aren’t alone. The word is out that Jon Gosselin, of TLC’s reality show "Jon and Kate Plus 8", may be looking into a little liposuction himself. The much-publicized Jon has been criticized by some for being widely seen in the company of several different women before his divorce to estranged wife Kate is finalized, but it is unclear whether the proposed surgeries would be for their sake or his own. Jon has already had hair transplants and teeth whitening procedures, but he definately has more around the middle than Kate, even though she’s the one who had the kids (although to be fair, she has already had a tummy tuck herself), and there is speculation that the extra weight is part of why he comes off looking worse in the tabloids. Or it might just be for the ladies. Whether Jon will settle down again with any one woman remains to be seen, but the last few months have made it clear he craves female companionship. Getting liposuction as well as a more hair plugs and perhaps a little botox as well might be his way of hooking a woman he has his eye on. Not everyone agrees this is the best course for an unemployed man in the middle of a divorce, custody battle, and possible lawsuit. Even disregarding the personal problems, liposuction and other plastic surgeries don’t always have amazing results. Dr. Paul S. Nassif, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Spalding Drive Cosmetic Surgery, opines, "Jon Gosselin does not appear to show any drastic signs of aging. It would probably be of his best interest to hold off for a while, as he may get more out of any procedures a bit later in life." Another plastic surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Walden of Manhattan, says, "I think the best option for John Gosselin would be a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Liposuction can be a great tool for stubborn areas that might not go away with diet and exercise, but for areas where a significant amount of fat needs to be removed, good old fashioned aerobic exercise with a healthy diet is the best option." They aren’t alone: many people find to their dismay that even after shelling out the cash for an expensive liposuction procedure, their diet and lifestyle choices cause the fat to return in a year or two, sometimes making them look even worse than they did to start with. The unfortunate truth? Weight loss is one thing, but for weight maintenance, there is no quick fix. About the Author: 相关的主题文章:
